I'm not hungry
I guess since I am eating better I don't actually have cravings for the food I'm supposed to be eating. It's almost noon and I am still not hungry. Should I eat anyway? I'm having trouble meeting my calorie minimum because I have no appetite/ no desire to eat my greek yogurt and fruit and chicken.

Since I started dieting i have lost all interest in food
The only foods i like (besides fruit) are unhealthy ones.:cry: im miserable when i eat my baked salmon and steamed veggies wishing it were pizza or fried chicken or burgers. Im in school in the UK and the food here isnt very appetizing. any suggestions?:sad:
