My scale at my gym says im 63kg (139lb) and I set my ticker accordingly. But at my friend's gym, the scale read 66kg (146lbs) and he said that its accurate!!! I didnt want to believe it so I finally bought my own scale and its true, I weigh 7 more lbs than I thought. It kind of made sense because I imagined I would have looked better when I finally reached the 130s range than I actually did. So I am editing my ticker sadly.
Once I found out I pigged out. I thought my exercising was paying off and to see that it didn't, justified my binge. I just get so tired of working out 4x a week not to see anything.

We all have our moments of weakness and doubt. It's ok to feel down, just make sure you get back up again! Just remember, you're in the for the long run. Those 7 lbs will go, just give it a bit more time.0

What are you doing for workouts?0

dont get down on yourself. when you finally see those numbers go down then youll know taht you are difinitely doing something right!! sometimes i feel the same way when i think i weigh something but im really something else..... likeat the docs office lol.0

Maybe you're not the weight you thought you were, but you've still been losing weight.... So you must be doing something right!
Keep at it0 -
Dont let this set back turn in to a stop sign! i know its discouraging to not see the scale move like you want.. but you have to remember that you are more important then that number!! this if for your health. your becoming stronger, faster and healthier!! you can do it! just keep it up and know that you have a support group! it will all fall into place!1
p.s. dont beat yourself up over the binge.. it happens from time to time.. just shake it off and start fresh!!0 -
Ok its detailed cuz I got it assigned by a trainer:
Cardio: 5 mins warm-up on bicycle
20 mins on elliptical, difficulty 5 (on a scale from 1-12). The one with hills
20 mins on treadmill, run at 6mph for 4 mins, catch my breath at 4mph for 1 minute, repeat 4 times
Strength Training: Lower body or upper body (alternate days and muscle groups)
Abs
5 min cool-down on bicycle
Stretch0 -
I have a scale issue like this.....My doctor and my scale are the same.....but the gym always says 4 pounds more. But I go by the doctors since its the same as mine and I weighed myself and on them both the day I started the diet....I refuse to use any other scale!0

I am!! become stronger and faster!!! I started out doing 10 mins each, at lower intensities and speeds. I am getting fitter but my body isn't reflecting the change. There was a girl on the treadmill next to me, she was larger than I was, and 100x fitter she was sprinting for half an hour probably burned 1000 calories. But all I can think is, what if I get that fit and am still overweight, like her?0 -
