In order to lose weight, it is more beneficial to engage in high intensity workouts (in order to burn the maximum number of calories) or low intensity workouts (in order to stay within your "fat burning zone"--60-70% of maximum heart rate)???

Strength training
Why when I enter in the length of time that I did strength training, MFP does not show that I burned any calories?? I guess maybe it's just too difficult since there are so many variations when it comes to strength training (i.e. amount of weights, machines, etc)??

I have a bunch of recipes for a new slow cooker that I just bought but the recipes do not list the number of servings so I'm not sure how to accurately enter in the recipes into MFP. Constantly hungry!!!
Ever since I started limiting my caloric intake to 1200 using MFP and exercising more, I have found that I am constantly hungry!! I've been having a difficult time staying at the 1200 limit without being hungry throughout the day, despite choosing healthy snacks to try to combat the hunger pangs. Any suggestions????
