I MUST DO CARDIO EVERYDAY - right?!
Okay - I am beginning Cathe Friedrich's Intermediate Rotation this week and had come up with a good transition plan from Beginner Rotation. But, when I posted it to their forum - I was told that doing Pyramid weights (50m-68m) on Tu/Thurs WITH a 25 minute cardio would be too much. Let me ask you - do you have to do cardio…

Flax Seed Oil
Hey! I try to have a tablespoon of flax seed oil a day - for obvious healthy reasons. But, when I posted it into the food journal - the fat grams, etc. seemed to make the effort a negative one. :tongue: Any advice?

How do you post abdominals?
Hi! I am doing Cathe Friedrich's Core Max which is a 20 minute abdominal routine - and, not easy. I am sweating at the end of each session. Do I just put the reps into the Strengthening or can it be placed in Cardio? Any help would be appreciated? :smile:
