Flax Seed Oil

Hey! I try to have a tablespoon of flax seed oil a day - for obvious healthy reasons.
But, when I posted it into the food journal - the fat grams, etc. seemed to make the effort a negative one.
Any advice?

it is high in fiber and I would keep doing it. Very very good for you. The log is just a guideline. I put dry flax seed in my muffins and the benefits outweigh any bad I think.0

Advice? keep doing it :-P
As long as you stay away from saturated fats, an extra couple percent doesn't matter in the end. :-)0 -
It totally helped me when I started running. If you need it for your joints, def. keep taking it!0

i take it as a pill every day and it never even occurred to me to log it! but i think the benefits outweigh the negatives---you want to keep your heart happy!0
