How do you post abdominals?

Hi! I am doing Cathe Friedrich's Core Max which is a 20 minute abdominal routine - and, not easy. I am sweating at the end of each session.

Do I just put the reps into the Strengthening or can it be placed in Cardio?

Any help would be appreciated? :smile:

  • I do the wii ea sports active and active more and it is a combo of strength training and cardio. I count it as cardio and just know that I am strength training at the same time. On the wii, it gives you a count of the calories you burned. If you are getting a cardio workout I would log it the same way I do.
