offically reached the too skiny mark
I was skinny fat all I wanted was to tighten some things up. I am lifting weights and that's going well. I am eating quite a lot about 2500 cals a day, and still I am losing weight. I am now 117 pounds and 5'7" No idea why I can't stop losing weight!

I want to be one strong B
I want to start lifting and just being stronger all around. I bought a few books that I thought would help. The New Rules of Lifting for Women and Weight training for Dummies Any other things that would be a good tool? Any suggestions? Can I see your results?

Strange problem
This has been happening for 3 weeks or so. I gag any time I eat anything, no matter what it is. I have never had an eating disorder or had any problems like this before. How do I fix this? Anyone have this problem?
