Maybe we could start a list of resources for monitoring, analyzing and visualizing our data. I just discovered using Google spreadsheets to pull Fitbit data: http://quantifiedself.com/2013/02/how-to-download-fitbit-data-using-google-spreadsheets/ Just wish it pulled blood pressure data.

Breaks from tracking
Thinking of going off the grid, tracking wise. Flying to Yucatan this weekend. Would break a 481 day streak with MFP about the same with Fitbit (weight, steps, sleep, blood pressure). I'm down 50 lbs and my blood pressure is down. I feel better. What I know: 1. Tracking/Self-monitoring is important. I log what I eat (not precisely measured these days). Weight loss and lean body mass
I've been working on weight loss since end of September when primary care doc told me to lose weight because my blood pressure was up.
