Down another 1.6 lbs this week to 177. Was this my goal weight? Maybe...I'll have to go check. Finally feeling a little hungry today for the first time since my granddaughter's death. Cherirana, I can't wait to see your post this week!!! Edit: No, my goal is 170. Seven pounds to go.

I don't know how you all are doing. I've had a couple weeks straight from hell. I'm down a little this week...nothing like stress to drop one's weight. Anyone on MFP with ARVC?
I've just been diagnosed with ARVC. There is a family history of it, and I was a cardiac nurse until 2 years ago, so I know a fair amount about it. I am just wondering what other people's experiences are with trying to get fit while dealing with this difficulty. Thanks in advance for the input!
