I've been on MFP for years....now getting sleeved
I tried calorie restriction with some success over the years but I never got to a decent weight. I'm 46 years old and would like to be a normal weight, and wear normal and cute clothes for the next half of my life. My surgery will be on October 8th!

Is it just me....
I almost wish the day away so that I can wake up in the morning and see what the scale says so I can be happy (if I lose) or get more motivation (if I gain or stay the same).....does anyone else do that??

I see a jawline from a side view!!! Previously, it all blended in nicely with my neck. Yay for MFP!!! Hopefully my next nsv will be the lack of a double chin!

I have a slight (TMI caution) constipation problem and I don't know if its from meds or just a lifetime of constipation issues. Breakfast question
What is the lowest calorie but most lasting (staves off hunger) and satisfying breakfast item? I don't eat eggs and I would rather save my calories for more food in the afternoon when I'm hungrier. Thoughts?

42 years old and 1200 calories a day
I need all the help I can get keeping to my 1200 calories a day. I get sabotaged by going out to eat and drinking alcohol. I can use any tips and encouragement that you've got! Michele
