I've been working out after work for quite a while now and I drink my protein drinks and get plenty of sleep at night but I every day I am constantly fighting falling asleep...at my desk, during my workout, everything....Any thoughts on how to get rid of the constant sleepy feeling? Any help is welcomed!!!!!
Does anyone know of any good tasting Whey Protein drinks/powders? Or at least a good thing to mix the powder with to make it taste better? I started with my peanut butter chocolate protein mix last week and I darn near threw up after just mixing it with water! Any help anyone can give is very much appreciated!
I'm looking at getting a Heart Rate Monitor but I also want one that calculates calories burned so when I start my P90X program I know exactly how many calories I burned.....I would like to get a really good quality one so I don't have to worry if it is right or not....Any Suggestions?
