Anyone else with celiac?
I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, I've struggled with some back and forth regarding gluten consumption, but my last bought of illness may just have put the last nail in the ciffin of my bread addiction. Anyone else out there with celiac? I would love to have some support with this.

First 5k
I am signing up for my first 5k in April. I manage to go out for a run about once a week (I excercise in the early morning because I have a small one). I know I can walk/jog 5k because I did it last week. Any advice on at home workout that will help my running along since I am going so infrequently?

Just how accurate are the exercise trackers?
