Feeling down...
I know I shouldn't have but I quit logging a while ago. I've starting logging again today but it's so hard to keep it up... So now I feel like beating myself up because I know I'll never know if I'm caring for myself correctly if I don't know what I'm putting in my body and if I'm staying active enough. How do you beat the…

My very first 5k!
I'm so excited because this friday I am going to go to my very first 5k! It's a fun run and I'll probably be walking 90% of it but I've been working really hard to get ready for it physically and I'm sooo very excited! :)

Anyone with Celiac?
Or need to be Gluten free for some other reason? How do you maintain a healthy diet on the cheap? I love GF stuff sometimes but the processed stuff can cost a lot. Also fast and portable meals for work or school would be awesome too. Plus it's always nice to see others who understand the no gluten problem!

Ladies only (help?)

Dr Oz?
His 7 day calorie confusion meal plan... has anyone tried it? It sounds just like another method I've heard of before called the Zig Zag diet where you eat more on some days and less on others to help avoid plateaus but I don't even know if this works or not... Science?

Tough mudder?
So I may have lost my mind but I am considering training for a tough mudder next year. Right now I am working on a couch to 5k program to build up slowly so I don't hurt my knees or develop shin splints. Which is why I'm not so sure I'm in my right mind when I say I'm considering training for this. I want to try but I…

Help with staying low on sugar
Hey all, I am trying to eat really well but I'd like some clean simple meals that are low in sugar. I'm trying to avoid unnatural sugar or high levels of sugar because of a history of diabetes in my family as well as a personal history of pre-diabetes.

Starting again
I've done a program like this once before and lost quite a bit of weight but it all came back after I fell off the bandwagon. I realized I have to force myself to change in order to finally get somewhere so here I am! I want to be healthier, get down to my goal weight, and be able to run or jog for at least three miles…
