Weight loss, no waist loss..?
Over a year or so I have dropped from 198 lbs to 172 (27 lbs loss) very disappointed to find I have lost nothing from my waist, which used to be 32" and is staying at 36" Does anyone have experience of this, is the waist the last place we lose fat? Fat burning - exercise intesity who understands it?
In my gym, the cardio machines have different heart rate recommendations for fat-burning and cardio. For me, male 51, 178 lbs that amounts to working at about 110 for fat burning and 136 for cardio.
