Returning after a break - literally...

I hit my target a while back and stopped logging in here. During the summer I had a serious accident, including nine fractures, amongst other things. Still recovering, but exercising by walking (no gym yet). Inactivity has led to some weight gain which I'm now addressing, and hoping to lose a few pounds before Christmas, and a few more afterwards. When I reach maintenance this time I'm staying on here, for my own sake, and to support others. Looking for like-minded fitness pals... regards, David

    Ouch! I hope you are feeling better and taking care of yourself! I'm getting close to maintenance, actually hit my initial goal and then lowered it, kinda freaked out about maintenance and losing motivation. It's great you are back! Good luck with your journey.
