My favorite sandwich is 2 slices sprouted bread 2 slices barbecue tofu 3 leaves romaine lettuce mustard BBQ tofu is made from tofu that has been frozen, thawed, covered in a BBQ sauce and baked for 45 minutes @ 400. Yum.
