My favorite sandwich is

2 slices sprouted bread

2 slices barbecue tofu

3 leaves romaine lettuce

mustard

BBQ tofu is made from tofu that has been frozen, thawed, covered in a BBQ sauce and baked for 45 minutes @ 400. Yum.

    i have the tofu reuben from the sprout house here in michigan all the time...its baked tofu and its delicious

    tofu kind of freaks me out...I haven't been able to go there yet
