30 DS and calf strain
I just pulled a calf muscle this morning pretty badly. I'm on day 7 of 30 Day Shred. I iced it for about 10 minutes this morning and took some Advil. 30 Day Shred and weight gain
I think I just need a little support. I'm on day 6 of 30 Day Shred with 2lb hand weights (plan to move up to 3lbs soon). 45 minutes or less workout videos?
I've become a Jillian fan and already found 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. Each of those being under 45 minutes, they easily fit into my tight schedule. Any other suggestions for workouts under 45 minutes? Especially cardio or more Jillian! Thank you!
