Just wanted to say hi as I embark on my 30 lb journey. Recently gained back my weight after a long recuperation from a knee replacement. I was on weight watchers for a long time, but have had a difficult time getting back into that program. Thought this might help shake things up a bit.

I am 49 and facing a knee revision on Tues. My first replacement was 14 yrs ago and I never was able to ride a bike after that. I have always been a huge walker but my Dr is very hopeful that this time I will get enough of a rotation that a bike will be extremely helpful to my therapy. I have never had one so was curious…
