Hi, my name is Becky. I have used this site before with some success. I went back to weight watchers and for some reason, it wasnt working for me, so Im back. I desperately want to lose about 25 lbs. I was within my goal range and in Sept my knee gave way and I have slowly put back on 10 lbs. My knee was already an artificial knee, so this next week, I am getting a newer one. This is extremely difficult for me because I am a fairly active person and I have spent most of the last few months sitting. I am hoping once the recovery is over, I can get back to moving again.
Was hoping to find someone out here who maybe has dealt with a 2nd replacement before for some words of wisdom. If not, any encouragement would be greatly appreciated. I try to be on here everyday and would like to be a supportive person as well. Thanks.
