Does the 'strength training' mean anything?
Or does it just keep record of the weight training you've done? Like, does it tie in with your nutritional needs for the day or do they just sit there?

Left over calories
Having about over 500 calories by the end of the day/night, is this good or bad? For example I have about 600 calories left for the day, so from now on should I make sure I always hit around my calorie goal or is it good to have that much left over calories?
