Estimated calories burned doing this? =/

Okay so my buddy who goes to the MMA gym told me a basic exercise routine they do at the gym, and it sounds like what we do here in crossfit and tough mudder class, except a lot more beefed up. And I would like to do this and add to myfitnesspal but I don't know exactly how many or around how many calories I would burn. The exercises are
-20 squats, 40 pound weight.
-20 walking lunges, 40 pounds.
-20 sit-ups
-20 bicycle crunches
-10 push-ups. 1 wide, 1 normal, 1 close = 1 push-up.
-20 push-ups on 20 lbs. dumbell while moving forward.
All of this repeated FIVE times
Anyone can help me it would be appreciated, thanks. =/
