I used to be I realised I'm nearly 40 and since I gained age 30 I haven't lost weight healthily and just going from soup with one bit of bread to saying yes to butter and a thousand other small changes made me stuck at 12 stone (I know!) Please can I see maintenance food diary ? Need different food options

I already ate all I can today, with nothing left for the evening except tea Disillusioned after a year of trying Atkins and failing...
