I used to be
I realised I'm nearly 40 and since I gained age 30 I haven't lost weight healthily and just going from soup with one bit of bread to saying yes to butter and a thousand other small changes made me stuck at 12 stone
(I know!)
Please can I see maintenance food diary ? Need different food options

Have you worked out how many calories you need to lose weight?

You need a sensible calorie deficit for weight loss, working out would help but not necessary to lose weight. However, the older we get our bodies could do with some help...which is where workouts help : )

You can get food ideas from anywhere, just google or take a look at the recipes people post on here.

You're welcome to friend me and look at my diary, but I tend to eat a lot of protein because I lift weights, so might not be what you're after.

    Wow
I'm not so fresh at losing weight and working out
Known Most kcal I've eaten since age 11
Worked out pretty much since then
Going back to carbs because low carb didn't suit me, kept cheating
even 60 yr old men first time dieters know you need fewer calories
I'm a triathlete so need to lose slowly
Seeing honest full days eaten over time helps which is one thing I like about this site
