I just have this back. I am 9 lbs lighter with 38 to go.

I'm back into Triathlon, base building for next Triathlon season

From scratch almost because of an injury falling off my bicycle 3 months ago. Just back doing gentle breast stroke - starting bicycle with just commute not even sport riding just getting back to basics with 1- walk 1 - run with my running.

PB's Half Marathon 2: 43: 46

shorter races a bit faster :)

Triathlon bests - none done yet - got injured - but:
Swim 1hr freestyle with lots of breaks.
Cycle 60 miles in one night.

Ski : 1300m drop in 45 mins

Yoga - teacher training first half of the course

I have not been consistant for 21 years (since i was 18)
but i've had huge long bits of time where i've done the above 5 years here 5 years there and hundreds of short burst stop starts or low frequency working out of all different sorts.

I'm just about deciding to make a change of website to this one - I need to talk about fitness as well as food.

I have just had the biggest dramas getting started on this diet on another forum, but now i'm losing and getting fit again I'm going to need to be here

I have Asperger's and Sports - generally doing it - is my enduring special interest.

I have been inadequate with it all since age 7 in a dance class - obsessed - totally.
