Golfer Rant
I play golf frequently. When I play I walk and carry my clubs. MFP claims that I burn over 2,000 calories while doing it, and if I don’t eat an additional 2,000 to make up for it, it yells at me for being unhealthy. What do you all think is the best time to work out to maximize weight loss? Early morning? Late at night? Mid day will not fit into my schedule.

Calorie count
My daily calorie goal is set at 3,010... I'm currently 6'2" and 310 lbs. Starting weight was 325 and goal is 255... anybody know how MFP comes up with the calorie goal? I feel as if 3,010 is a little high...

Water Consumption
New at this... anybody having trouble drinking 8+ cups of water per day? I find that I feel very full and don't want any more after about 5... should I force myself to finish the last 3?
