muscle pain, what is it?
Before I even went to he gym today I felt. sharp pain right at the top of my left leg near my pelvic bone, it isn't agonising and I got through my cardio fine today. Anyone know what it is or how best to stop it hurting?

eatting before or after
This evening, 5 minutes after I finish work I have a pilates class followed by total body work out class (both 1 hour long). If I start at 6 30pm what and when should I eat. ( I've been asked to make salmon+ steamed veggies+ potatoes for dinner). I do not eat gluten or lactose

Anyone a coeliac ?
I mean seriously every time I look at a diet plan or even look at food I just sulk because it looks as though all I can eat is salad (I know it is not but aaaaaaaa) So if anyone is a coeliac or is going GF can you maybe suggest some good HEALTHY meals. Lunch and Dinner especially. Thanks :)
