This evening, 5 minutes after I finish work I have a pilates class followed by total body work out class (both 1 hour long).
If I start at 6 30pm what and when should I eat. ( I've been asked to make salmon+ steamed veggies+ potatoes for dinner).
I do not eat gluten or lactose

personally i would eat a good lunch, then something light after your work out. If you eat shortly before working out and jumping about, you'll make yourself sick.0

Already sort of had lunch but really it was just salad and 3 baby potatoes, might have a second one later!0

If it were me, I would eat a big lunch a few hours before, have a banana as a pre workout snack, and eat dinner after the workouts, but in the end it's whatever works for you0

Eat when you are hungry, after or before doesn't matter
As to what, whatever fits into your calories/macros
As simple as that0 -
I work 8-5 and always workout around 5:30 or 6 pm. I make sure to eat a good lunch and if I'm hungry I'll eat a light snack around 4:30 or so. I'm not really starving right after I workout but I always try to eat something light like yougurt/granola or wheat bread/peanut butter.0
