I am only allowed 24 grams of sugar a day if I dont work out. I am having a VERY hard time meeting that even if I eat very clean. Does that sound to low?
Since Ive had to work on lowering my sugar intake my protein intake has skyrocketed. Im having a hard time keeping that within balance. Is it ok to go over my daily protein goal?

I have a question. I just "earned" 599 calories through exercise so it was added to my calorie allowance. Is it ok if I dont eat that amount more of calories for the day or will I be going into starvation mode?
