Utter fail :(
It's only 1:10pm here and I'm already nearly 1000 calories over AFTER a 45 minute kickboxing workout. I'm eating too much junk at night. Tips for 3rd shift snacking?

Sick!
So, the other morning I totally regurgitated everything I had eaten from about 3 am on. I'm pretty sure I had some kind of 24 hour bug. I deleted everything I had eaten from my food diary. I'm assuming (like I said) my stomach completely emptied itself. Thoughts on this?

Calling it a "cheat day" lol
After only putting in calories for the other night (I work 3rd shift), I think its safe to say yesterday was definitely a cheat day for me. I refuse to put in the rest of the calories and horrify myself. Really trying hard to not let it bother me.

I really enjoy doing vinyasa yoga (I have one beginner video on my Kindle). Anybody know of any good yoga videos? I'm wanting to look into yoga for weight loss too.

Sensible diet
I work 3rd shift and have 3 kids (ages 6, 4 and 9 months). Anybody have any idea of any sensible (and cheap) diet I can follow without buying/cooking things that the rest of the family won't eat?

3rd shift exercising
I have a terrible time trying to exercise when I'm working 3rd shift. I have plenty of down time, but I just don't do it mostly because I feel silly if I'm the only one exercising. Anybody have any exercise ideas that won't look terribly odd to my co-workers?

Gooey No-Bake Oatmeal Bars
I got this recipe when I was breastfeeding.
