ok this might sound strange , but i started the 30 day shred a few days ago and am managing with all apart from the pushups , i cannot for the life of me manage a pushup , ive never been able to do them and still cant. ive tried and tried and feel like im wasting the time now trying to do them whilst doing the 30 day…
ive just started the 30 day shred and was wondering if anyone knows how best i can add that to my excersise diary?
hmmm , lost 4 pounds first week , gained 4 pounds 2nd week and 3rd week no loss or gain , is that normal? been a very long 3 weeks and finding it hard to keep going with no results. anyone else had this problem :-(
ok , im on day 5 and finding it difficult at times, im feeling the need to eat every 3-4 hours and seem to be eating the same foods everyday. looking for some ideas of tastyish snacks i can have when i feel the urge for junk .. thanks for any replies , xx
hadnt heard of this untill recently and am considering giving it a try. was looking for some opinions on it if anyone had tried it and how it went? also do i need any weights ect ? thanks for taking the time to read and reply if you do. so glad i found this site and hope it helps me after several failed attempts x
