ive just started the 30 day shred and was wondering if anyone knows how best i can add that to my excersise diary?

    If you have a heart rate monitor you can create your own entry. Otherwise everyone else adds it as circuit training.

    I add it as circuit training for 20 minutes because cool down does not count
