HOW DO YOU STICK W/YOUR CARDIO WORKOUT
im trying to do an hr of cardio and eventually go longer, but am feeling sluggish by 45min. but i still push through it..how do you guys get through yours? ive been thinking of trying those energy drinks like redline but i dont want to have the energy during the workout then by mid-day crash....i like the natural energy…

Which Burned Calorie Counter is most accurate..... the ones on the cardio equip or here on MFP? or are you supposed to enter in the calories burned from the cardio equip onto MFP.

Losing inches vs weight
Ok so my problem is...... im losing more inches than weight.....im not complaining cuz at least im losing something and my clothes are feeling less tight....but at the same time its discouraging to not see the numbers on the scale move. Im also the type that gains muscle easily and i know that weighs more... Any advise on…

New to MFP
