Stretch Marks and weight loss
I have lost over 100lbs and I have noticed that I am getting more and more stretch marks. I know they are from when I gained to begin with and have nothing to actually do with the loss itself, but is there anything I can do to make them better ? I noticed that the more muscle I am earning more stretch marks :(

I am under my calorie goal, hungry, but about to go to bed !
I just got back from the gym an hour ago, I am starving water is now working. I did not realize I was under my calorie intake. Would it affect me to eat a bowl of cereal before bed? I have frosted mini wheats, and honey nut cherrios what would you do ??

Been losing fast for months and have hit a plateu (sp?) I am 5'7" tall and now weigh 165 from 208 I would love to loose 10 to 15 pounds more but I can't seem to get the scale to move I am still working out and was staying under 1200 cals but it was sugested that I reboot my metabolism and eat 1800 cals a day...has anyone…

Housekeeping
Since I clean for a living and I have been doing it for 3 years now do I even count that as a workout and subtract my calories I work 2.5 hours straight before I break and then I am back at it again till the end of my shift about 6 full hours of vigorous cleaning...and 3 hours of moping 5 nights a week...thanks everyone…
