Been Mobile for awhile just joined in on the PC world

I have been using MFP mobile for 6 months and I love it, and I have come to find that I LOVE the online version also. I had changed my food lifestyle a year ago and began working out hard and did not see the weight coming off. My girlfriend said girl you need to count your calories and at first I did not pay any attention to her but then one day out of the blue I searched my applications for a calorie counter and MFB showed up and I downloaded it and began counting calories and I realized that although I was eating healthier that I have ever in my whole life that I was eating too many calories so I had to adjust what I eat and when and now the pounds are sliding off
