I just got back from the gym an hour ago, I am starving water is now working. I did not realize I was under my calorie intake. Would it affect me to eat a bowl of cereal before bed? I have frosted mini wheats, and honey nut cherrios what would you do ??

I'd have something, but I'm not a big cereal fan. A glass of milk would be good.

No to cereal. Do you have some greek yogurt or peanut butter?

Instead of a bowl of cereal, why not raid the cupboard for something a little bit healthier? :)
Also, don't buy into the stigma that 'carbs before bed is bad' - They're really not.

Edit: Foods like milk, yoghurt andpeanut butter are all good for times like this!

Personally, I would go for peanut butter on toast, I like that at night.

    Any nuts in the house?
My first unedited sentence was any nuts on hand , but that just sounded wrong.
Then again nuts in the house sounds like a joke. You know what I mean!

I'd eat cereal and not give it a second thought. You're going to find it harder to sleep if you're hungry. Failing that, maybe a glass of milk?
