I am under my calorie goal, hungry, but about to go to bed !

I just got back from the gym an hour ago, I am starving water is now working. I did not realize I was under my calorie intake. Would it affect me to eat a bowl of cereal before bed? I have frosted mini wheats, and honey nut cherrios what would you do ??

Instead of a bowl of cereal, why not raid the cupboard for something a little bit healthier?
Also, don't buy into the stigma that 'carbs before bed is bad' - They're really not.
Edit: Foods like milk, yoghurt andpeanut butter are all good for times like this!0 -
Personally, I would go for peanut butter on toast, I like that at night.0

I'd eat cereal and not give it a second thought. You're going to find it harder to sleep if you're hungry. Failing that, maybe a glass of milk?0

Thanks everyone I did some digging (payday/grocery day is tomo so cupboards are a lil bare LOL) but I found the kids have one apple left so I am gonna steal that0

eat anything, the only real concern is dont eat something that might mess with your sleep!0
