Best time of day to take vitamins?
I've been taking a one-a-day with dinner, and I'm going to start taking a little extra d3. When's the best time to take them to get the full benifit? Should I be taking them in the morning, or is evening OK?

Exercises for people with Plantar Fasciitis?
So I'm new here, and after over a decade of being a lump, I'd like to start exercising. The problem is that I'm over 100 pounds overweight and have really bad plantar fasciitis, so my movement is very limited.
