Best time of day to take vitamins?

I've been taking a one-a-day with dinner, and I'm going to start taking a little extra d3. When's the best time to take them to get the full benifit? Should I be taking them in the morning, or is evening OK?

    Depends on the type of vitamin. D3 is best absorbed with fat, so you should take it when you've recently eaten fat. The multi with dinner is fine, adding the D at the same time as the multi would be fine.
