Feedback on my dating profile...
Yes, this is random, but I'm trying online dating and have not been very successful. I was wondering if there are a few women who would mind checking out my profile and giving me your thoughts or suggestions for changes. Just shoot me a message and I will send you a link. Thanks! Matt

Low Calorie Milkshake!!!!!
Okay, its not really a recipe or anything top secret, but I have been drinking the Special K Protein drinks in the morning after my workouts. Two-A-Days?!?
I've been doing the Insanity workout for a few days and really enjoy it, and Sean T. has got me amped up, but I find myself missing the gym. I like the Slim-N-Trim Orange Vanilla and have found that it fills me up and tastes great! Anything I should know about Smoothie King before grabbing it for lunch today?

From running around playing tag as a kid to competitive sports in high school and college and now out in the real world. It was early last Spring when I realized…

Scale Conundrum...
I've never owned a scale, I've just gone by how my clothes fit and how I feel. Over the course of the last 10 months, I've weighed myself 4 times. 245, 220, 205 and 185. However I'm thinking that to actually track my real results and see if I meet my goals, its going to be a necessary evil. Isn't it?
