Starting the 60 Day Insanity Workout today! I will be taking before and after pictures of my journey...

The weight that I end up at after isn't as important to me as the end results. I just want to be able to go to the beach or a pool and be confident enough to take my shirt off. My parents and brothers family rent a house on the beach for a week every year and I never go and its mainly for that reason.

Don't wish me good luck, luck will have nothing to do with it. I need strength and motivation!

Do what you can if it gets hard or if you have a struggle with your joints. Modify when needed and you will get those results you want

Does anyone know how to add in Insanity to my Exercise log? I searched for it and nothing came up...

Best guess would be to get a HRM to log your calories and just create the exercise?

Also do you need any special equipment for Insanity like you do for P90X?
