I have looked up the Nutrition Facts and found it in the MFP Food banks, but I was just wondering if Smoothie King was a decent lunch meal supplement?

I like the Slim-N-Trim Orange Vanilla and have found that it fills me up and tastes great! Anything I should know about Smoothie King before grabbing it for lunch today?

I recently had ALOT of work done to my braces so my mouth was super sore and I couldn't eat anything...I was drinking a King Size Slim-N-Trim Orange Vanilla everyday for a week and it was AWESOME! Filled me up suprisingly and held me over until Dinner time.

I say yes, but guess you could wait to see what other people have to say too :) GOOD LUCK!

Smoothie King is not a healthy choice. They pump their smothies with sugar, syrups and HFCS. they are also full of fat and other preservatives that is hard on your digestive system. Also and average smoothie can be about 500-800 calories. they do have low calorie options but they are still full of sugar. Thats not just smoothie king its all smoothie places

Well the SMALL Slim-N-Trim Orange Vanilla has 42 grams of sugar!
The LARGE Slim-N-Trim Orange Vanilla has 84 g of sugar. That is the equivalent sugar of 3 cans of soda.

That is just a horrible product.

Buy some vanilla protein powder. Put it in a blender with 1 cup of mixed frozen fruit, add milk until covered.

That will fill up like you couldn`t imagine, its super healthy and taste great.
