Cedar Point Walk of Shame
I've heard of the walk of shame at Cedar Point, when overweight people are kicked out of a long line because they do not fit into a ride seat. Sounds horrible and I'd like to avoid it. Does anyone know what rides overweight people can ride at Cedar Point?

Goal setting-what works for you?
What has worked for you when goal setting? Do you even set goals? Of course, goals help keep us on track. However, there is a flip-side to goals that can be demotivating when you don't achieve them, even if you've been doing all the right things.
