55-to-65 and focused on recovering fitness?
Have been wondering where to find active MFPers 55 to 65 years with similar questions, concerns and goals. The Groups I've found do not seem to be active, the Find Members search is somewhat limited and sending blind invites to individuals would be sooo rude. So any suggestions?

So what do you do?
(This may belong in Chit-Chat... Oh well) I workout in the morning, so come evening I am getting bored and antsy for tomorrow's session. I have not found any yet. FYI, am 60, so plans geared to 20-somethings would not be apropos. :) Thanks. This site has some options; just…

New Arrival *waves*
Hi All Decided to join MFP since I use it daily for food calorie lookups. After retiring this year I started focusing on this old body. It's long past time to start shedding the accumulated pounds, ailments, etc. So far I am down 99 pounds since May (that is a long story in itself). Joined a local gym a month ago…
