Exercise Plans?

Hey,
I just started here so forgive the newb question.
As I approach my primary loss goal I need to re-think my exercise routine.
Does MFP have any sample exercise plans or links to such?
I have not found any yet.
FYI, am 60, so plans geared to 20-somethings would not be apropos.

You could check out TACFIT, see if one of their exercise plans works for you. I would really suggest doing Yoga at least once a week as well.0
