Will I still lose with out strength training?
I've been working out almost everyday. Mostly hour to two hour walks with my dog with the occasional bursts of jogging. I'v never been able to jog or run well even at my lowest weight in high school. Good strength training apps?
I'm looking for some good strength training apps for iphone or smartphone. I do much better if I have something telling me what to do for full body strength training. I'm a noob when it comes to exercise, so I don't know where to start. I work out from home and don't have any equipment aside from a treadmill.

HELP! Strength training. No equipment?
