Thank you so much on the food advice. I love tuna, in fact I had some tuna in my salad for lunch today. I try to eat high protein foods, like I LOVE vanilla greek yogurt. No medical reason, I have just heard that it is best to eat 6 small meals a day. I usually end up just eating Breakfast, Lunch, small snack, Dinner

Thanks, I think I might consider uping my intake to 1400-1500 a day then. Considering my job is very physically demanding.

Thanks! I actually have the C25K app on my phone. I even find it hard to jog that haha, but I gave myself shin splints in the first week. Even doing it every other day. I might start it over again and go at it a little slower.

I'm 5'0" also. My starting weight is 190. I heard ideal weight was between 95-120? So my goal is 98lbs, but honestly I'll be so happy if i just get to 115! My doctor also recommends that I be in the 95-98lb range since I have a small frame.

I also only eat 1200 calories a day. Sometimes its hard for me to eat them all, but that's because I get so busy during the day that I forget to eat. You can't add me too. I need more friends here as well.

Oh, I completely forgot! I have flower tortillas, whole wheat bread, and whole wheat sourdough. I do have peanut butter.
