I know all of this has been asked a gazillion times but I am so confused and I think my head is spinning. My BMR according to MFP is about 1400 calories. I need some ideas of breakfast foods with low sodium. I've been eating 100 calorie granola bar and they have LOTS of sodium. I didn't even realize it until I started putting it into my food tracker. Please Help! :)
