I have been pretty active since the beginning of January, going to the gym 5-6 times a week. Until now, I've still been eating whatever I wanted and wasn't really taking it seriously. Although, I have lost about 6 pounds. Determination came when 6 pounds wouldn't budge from the scale. I am now also doing a woman's only running clinic that last 10 week. I am finally ready to start shedding this 15 pounds that has attacked me..lol. Any tips, hints, or tricks? Thanks Much!

The only real advice I can give is do your best to stick with the goals MFP sets for you, keep working out and you will be a healthier u!!!0
