I'm 5'8, weight is 160. Pants size in Jeans is a 29 or dress pants is a 8/10. My goal is 145. Smallest I've been was 125...too skinny for my frame.

1. I have lost 6 pounds since the beginning of January 2. I sit behind a computer in an office 8 hours a day. But, after work, I do spend atleast an hour in the gym. I'm also participating in a women run clinic that's 2 days a week. 3. No candy bars for this girl..I don't even like chocolate! Weird, I know! lol

Thank you guys so much!! Excedrin Migraine has totally replaced my soda can!! Today I honestly feel like soda is a drug..I feel kind of anxious, cranky, jittery! I have never done drugs but I feel like it's an addiction and I'm attempting to get clean.It's ridiculous the effect that those things have on you. :(

Thanks for all the input!! Oats seem to be my best bet! I used to rarely eat breakfast as I am not hungry until lunch. I have to make myself eat something. It just seemed to me that all the granola bar is, is salt. It doesn't offer much as far as fiber and such.

No, I have fruit with it. I have never been fond of any breakfast foods and its a chore to make myself eat it. I absolutely despise eggs so they are def out..lol

I feel super guilty after I have a soda. I had a can today with lunch and regret it now so much. O-well. What's done is done..back to the water! :)
