Great work! I just started the C25K today. I started on Week 4, because I've been using the treadmill for the past month and I'm hoping to do a 5K at the end of April. I'm just hoping to have my time under 40 minutes!0

Your goal for the treadmill should be just over 4.7 MPH in that case. 4.7 MPH would put you right around 40 minutes for 3.1 Miles.
You can do it!!0 -
Fantastic news! I'm working on completing a 5K before the end of the summer.
God Bless!

I'm training for a 5k right now and let's just say, I am not the best runner out there, but I have always been jealous of runners!
They are so strong and are so motivated. There aren't any actual 5k races in my little town though..
Great job! You are really inspirational0 -

thank you. I have always been jealous of runners too! when i was a kid my dad ran long distances but he hurt himself pretty bad and gained a ton of weight so i have always been afraid of running but he is helping me through it.0 -
